I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE!

It's been such a great opportunity to live in a time when there are so many temples being built and dedicated. It's crazy to think how many have been built here in Utah (especially recently) and how lucky we are to live so close to so many temples! When I lived in Bolivia, the members there would have to save for months in order to get enough money to be able to take the 1 day trip just to get to the temple, spend a day there, and take the 1 day trip back. It was so neat to see their great faith in knowing how important temple work really is, and to make that sacrifice. My testimony of the importance and sacrifice of temple work was strengthened by serving with those wonderful saints!

We were lucky this past summer (and earlier this year) to participate in the open house and dedication of two temples here locally - the Draper Temple and the Oquirrh Mountain temple. What an awesome opportunity! I am so grateful for the building of these beautiful temples to help us in our worship of our Savior, Jesus Christ, to learn of the real plan our Heavenly Father has for us, and to make those important covenants to be able to be with our families forever!
