Star Valley Fishing Trip

My dad grew up in Star Valley Wyoming. I have always loved visiting up there! I had an opportunity to go with my dad, two of my brothers, and some nieces and nephews up to Star Valley to go fishing! We stayed in my Grandma's old house on the family farm. We had a lot of fun going for walks, fishing, playing in the water, playing games, and eating delicious food! It was a beautiful time of year as well.

My dad and I got there on Thursday evening and cleaned up the place to get it ready. Jeff and his family arrived late Thursday evening. Friday morning, we headed out to start the fishing!
(The air quality was terrible due to the fires in Idaho. Makes for awesome pictures though!)
The first fish of the day!

 The barn...

 The making of the dam...
This tree was where I used to play when I came here as a kid! I introduced my nieces and nephews to it and they loved it! It was fun to watch them play!
Friday night, my dad, brothers, and I went to the Salt River and fished the evening away! It was cool to be out in nature and to learn from the pros about fishing!

Saturday morning:
The first fish of the day!

My brother (the pro-angler :) ) and his daughter...
 My family, the weirdos...
On Saturday, we headed home. We stopped on the way to do a little more fishing.

It was such a great weekend! I only caught two fish, but it was great to hang with all the peeps!
