Date Night!

Have you even had a completely fun date where you were able to spend time with your best friend and your other best friends that are also best friends with each other? That's exactly what we did! For my friend Lauren's birthday, we headed to a "surprise" place to celebrate! We played a riveting round of mini golf. It was hilarious and a lot of fun!  Here's the birthday girl with her best friend! (aren't they cute?)
And me and my best friend...

'Twas a blast! For the last hole of the course, you had to hit the ball into this large sphinx. Since it was Lauren's birthday, we let her go first. After she hit the ball  into the sphinx' mouth, a large spray of water shot out at her and she got hit with the water! It was so funny because it was completely unexpected! (I guess you had to be there)
After the golf game, we looked around at the arcade and then took a photo in a photo booth. Ice-cream was then eaten gladly back at the T household. Happy Birthday, Lauren! We love you!

Fun Day!!!

On Tuesday afternoon, I went and robbed these cute kids (with permission) for the rest of the day! We hit the ground....biking!

There was a lot of silliness going on!

We headed to this really cool bike trail after stopping at the store to prepare for our snacks! They are both fast riders and loved riding their bikes!

After we were stopped in our tracks by a flat tire, we needed some nourishment.
We headed to my house and made some delicious muddy buddies! If you have never had them and you like peanut butter and chocolate, I highly suggest you try them out! After we devoured said snack, we headed to L Park!

It was such a nice day outside with a lot of sunshine! The silliness never seemed to end!

At dinner time we headed home to enjoy some quesadillas! Then we played some frisbee in the backyard until it was time to go to the movies. We saw The Rise of the Guardians. It was a cute show and we enjoyed it! We also enjoyed the popcorn and treats, ha ha!
Thanks, kiddos for a fun day!

K's Blessing Day

Meet baby K:

Isn't he a cute baby? This last weekend we had the opportunity to attend his blessing. It was a great day!

There were a lot of wonderful men who came to support the little guy...

When I asked him how he felt about the neat blessing his dad gave him, he responded in the following manner....

This is his amazing mother! She did a lot of nice things to make this a very special day!

I'm not sure if baby K knows the extent of his awesome, crazy family yet, but he will someday!

Thanks, E family for a fun day to celebrate this little man! We love you, baby K!

L Temple Trip

One of our goals this year is to attend the temple more frequently. Another one of our goals is to attend different temples here in U. We gathered up our friends and headed up to L-town for the morning. It was cool to visit this temple again! I have attended a few sessions here and have done baptisms, but have never been here with my man. Two of my siblings (and my parents) were married in this temple. It was a beautiful day!

For lunch, we ate at Burger King. Then we enjoyed the sunshine and majestic views on the way home! (photos brought to you by the one and only iPhone)

It was a fun little date with my hubs and our friends! Thanks, Hansens!

4th Anniversary

Yep! We have been hitched, experiencing wedded bliss for 4 years now! It's crazy how time flies! It feels like we've been together forever (a good thing, ha ha!). To celebrate, we headed to our favorite all-you-can-eat sushi place, Sushi Ya! (We love the sushis!)

It was very exciting!

We then drove all around L-town trying to decide which ice cream place to get a shake. We finally decided on Dairy Queen! It was a very good decision. And they had a deal of a buy a blizzard, get one for $0.99! We were very blessed!

It has been an incredible 4 years together and I'm so lucky to have found my amazing husband! He is very patient and loving and I'm very grateful to have to opportunity to spend eternity with him!
