Astronomy.....

For Cortney's astronomy class, he got to take some pretty neat pics of the stars - leaving the shutter open. He kindly shares a lot of the cool astronomy facts he learns as well.
This first one is focused on the north star and the shutter was left open for 30 minutes. Awesome...
This one was focused at the east sky and a car passed by - the shutter was left open for 15 minutes......

The stars are ours.....

    Awesome pictures-- I hope to do something like this if we ever have some clear skies around here. Who does he have for his astronomy class?
